No second floor needed on this. That's why I suggested to press the Tab key. Try it again.

It is. Click partition wall in cross section or 3d mode > press tab key > drag down.

It will go back, and the negative floors (sunken) as well but there is always a workaround.

First of all I did not suggest All Walls. Second, This is a solution for walthroughs not for Condocs. Save a second plan just for that. Third, try it sometimes.

Make walls "No Room Definition" Use Wall Material Region if the floor changes material.

As a 3d arch'l rendering service provider, I like: Transparent background High Resolution picture exports (best utilized for render view of 2d floor plans and line drawings, etc.)

Nice kitchen. I retouched your scene in PS, this can also be done via Image Properties within Chief.
