Railing wall post wont position correctly

Not sure why this post wont move out to the corner.

I believe it's because you had those balcony walls defined as railings with pony walls:

 

 

I don't think pony walls are necessary here.  The balcony lap siding half-height wall starts at the floor level.  (The stucco wall is on floor below).  So, I redefined the railing walls as solid rail style with newels/posts as post to beam.  The post location seems to work now.

Also turn on attick walls there is one that messing with that intersection I found the problem went away when I deleted the attick walls if this is a suitable thing to do

Getting rid of those attic walls is what fixed it.
Not sure why it generated the attic walls.

You might check your Defaults/Walls/General Walls

and uncheck "Auto Rebuild Attic Walls". I think this

is checked by default but I find that it often creates

more problems than it solves.
