Curved Stairs

Hey guys, CA curved stair tool is too much of a radius. How do you guys get something more subtle like this? Almost like it is straight from the top and then it curves the last 1/4 part at the bottom. I tried to manipulate the curved stair tool but it's too sensitive and just won't take shape. I even tried a straight stair and adding a break towards the bottom to curve but that created two sets of stairs. Thanks in advance.

It is possible to break the curved stair into multiple segments and have different radii for each segment:

I thank God I have not had to do one of these.  Take plenty of notes Rob, might hit you up some say.  This is why home with stairs always get a surcharge.. that's where I pretty much start most projects.

A normal curved stair in Chief can only be a simple arc with one radius.  If you need a J-shaped stair, you will need to have multiple sections with different radius.  Might want to start with cad lines for the centerline just to figure out the correct path and radius to use.  Good luck.
