How do I add a mid rail to cabinets?

How do I add a mid rail to my tall cabinets? Below is a photo of the cabinets I'm trying to change, as well as what I'm tying to get it to look like.

The short answer is that you need to change the door style to use a different symbol.   I did not see one in the core libraries but there might be one in either the manufacturer or bonus libraries.  If you can't find one you like, that should be a very easy style to create yourself.  Here is a video that might help:

I wanted a mid rail in a shaker style door for a tall cabinet, and specific placement, the rail not centered vertically.  Took just a few minutes to make a group of 3D solids to emulate what I needed and convert to a door symbol.
