I have sent an email to the sales department to see if they will let me renew. Anyone made this mistake before and what outcome did you have? Called sales and they took care of it, no problem. Last year I was a couple weeks late due to the holidays and when i realized it over a weekend I was sweating big time, but called Monday and they bailed me out.
