DianeP
My renew date was yesterday and I tried to go in this morning to renew ,but it wouldn't let me.. I have sent an email to the sales department to see if they will let me renew. Anyone made this mistake before and what outcome did you have? Called sales and they took care of it, no problem. Last year I was a couple weeks late due to the holidays and when i realized it over a weekend I was sweating big time, but called Monday and they bailed me out. Of course that's no guarantee but it has worked out for me in the past. Hope you can rest easy till they open.
Joe_Carrick
I have mine on automatic pay. It avoids this sort of problem and you can still cancel at any time in the future. 1

DianeP
Worked out fine for me. Thanks Chris and Joseph. They have a 30 day grace period on the SSA annual payment.. Also, I found out that since my business is registered as the owner of the Chief Architect account , I am able to transfer my CA license upon sale of my business as long as I add in the contract that the software or all assets are being sold. I was happy to hear this, as I was under the impression, from previous calls to CA a couple of years ago, that the new owner would not be able to have my legacy license and have to pay the monthly subscription cost.
