Terrain and doors at incorrect height

I am working on a deck renovation and am baffled as to why the elevation region for the walkout is moving the entire terrain down. I have the terrain at 2" below subfloor and the region at -96". Also, the sliding door and single door on the middle and right sections are showing at the basement level in 3D. They are supposed to be on the main level as shown in the plan. 

 

What am I missing? I'm using X15.

With terrains you cannot just put one piece of elevation data you need multiple elevation data, as if you have one elevation region the hole terrain will move to that height in relation to the settings in terrain perimeter.

So a sloped block of land with an 8' slope you might have 4' elevation data and -4' elevation data you must control the terrain with more than one piece of elevation data

@K-LynnLike Mark said the Chief file is what is needed, not a dwg. I was able to copy over your dwg to maybe get close to what you have. See attached picture and notes that might help you get the terrain.

Thanks, I got the terrain. I don't know why my doors are all showing on the walkout/basement level. The doors on level 1 of the plan are showing 

up on the basement level in elevation. Thoughts?

Select first floor room and unselect floor supplied by foundation below as your first floor has no floor.
