Small house roof

I created small gable structure.   I tried to pull up the lower wall to make a wall under the front gable.  Usually this works working on the structure tab. See attached.  Also, can I use the first-floor ceiling as a floor for a loft, I have to have 10' walls, so a new floor is out. 12 pitch is also needed.  Let me know if you need plan files.

Roof planes stop walls you need to edit the large roof plane so it wont stop the wall filling the gable in

How do you edit the roof plane??  I'm looking to create a wall underneath the gable

Every time we bail him out we enable him to not learn the program like everyone else had to ..

The same way you edit cad try watching a chief training video on manual roofs  or YouTube

When manually editing the roof it is often helpful to work in both 3d and 2d. You can clearly get intersection points in a plan view. Click on the roof planes with the "3" hot key. That will make breaks in the roof planes. Then if you click on an edge of the roof plane and hit "3" it will give you your options on which plane to then join. You will need to break ("3") the adjoining planes so they can join up. After you do it a few times it becomes clear how to get roofs to join.
