Trying to generate a foundation, per engineer specs

I'm not sure if this an issue with chief terminology or with my understanding, but I can't get the settings correct to replicate the engineering plans I received.
Attached is my engineering plan, the settings I used and the result. Any help / tutorials that could guide me in the correct direction?

@davyjones

Have you tried drawing/modeling a foundation wall with footer (perimeter), then go back in and draw/model another foundation "footer" per say around the inside perimeter?

What's this for anyways, kinda unique?

I bet you get comments on your name a lot, don't you?

This is for a home in Oklahoma.
I haven't tried any drawings myself, I was hoping chief had something built in. :/

I'm not sure if this is what you are after; I often build slab foundations using a stem wall (wall attached).  The brick wall above has a brick ledge that then extends down to the footing.

I can't seem to open that it says it was made with a newer version. But checking the settings you did, produced some weird results. It looks like I would be unable to use the 'build foundation' option with this, since it would generate a foundation outside the brick?

What version are you using?  You may not have all the same tools that are in X16 and the ones you do have may work different.
