ChiefUserAndrew8
As the title says, what is this and how can I fix it? The opposite side has the same issue, but larger.
Gawdzira
What is the ceiling height of the room? That is likely the top plate. By uploading the .plan file this would be easier to ascertain. You must close the program before zipping the file. Also, if you build framing for the walls and roof it may reveal more to you.
ChiefUserAndrew8
Hello, I suspected as much and would like to denote it in my details. I've attached the plan here so you can confirm what it is. Thank you! Plan.zip

Solution SNestor Posted April 14 Solution Share Posted April 14 You are using an "elevation" camera which will show everything to "infinity"....I think what you are seeing is the top portion of the 1x gutter fascia. You may want to use a "back clipped" section camera...it shows things from the start of the camera to the end point you drag to. If you turn on the layer "framing, wall" in the camera view layer set (and you build wall framing) you won't see that piece because the studs in front of it will block it. see screen clip below...this is your camera with "Framing, wall" turned on the camera view layer set.
ChiefUserAndrew8
Much appreciated, I have generated my framing, but was unaware why it wasn't in that view.
