User Catalog not showing up in Library Browser

Hello! I recently got a new computer and everything is backed up to OneDrive. Normally, the process of installing Chief on a new computer has been easy in the past...but not this time. I'm not sure what I have done or what the issue is. All catalogs show up under the Library Browser except my User Catalog. I have even tried importing it manually from the OneDrive location but it just says nothing was imported. I am also getting these error codes: 

LibraryDatabaseInterface.cpp(465): Error #272032176

"Error Updating Library Schema in User_Library: Database Error: Unable to prepare statement: no such table: LibraryObjects"

I would suggest moving Chief out of Documents and thus out of OneDrive's automatic Backup of Documents "reach"  and another way to go..... OD is a curse in Windows 11, I've had numerous issues with it since switch from Win 10, Chief really should not be using that Folder by default any longer , IMHO :)

I've also had several Client's on Mac's having Issues too with either iCloud and also Dropbox , which is enabled by default on some versions of MAC Os.
