Garage Stem Wall Width

How do I go about editing this garage stem wall width so it's as wide as the sill plate?

 

 

I have the sill plate width set in the foundation defaults.

You need to post the plan.  Your section does not match your default setting.

I've rebuilt the foundation several times trying to fix this issue.

In regards to what Eric said, the layout file does not contain a copy of the plan file, just a link to it that is a relative link.  The link only works while on your system.  When posting files, the minimum post for CA is the plan file.

On the foundation level (Level 0) select the three foundation walls at the Garage. Change the wall type to a 10" (or larger if you want) conc. stem wall. Just make a copy of the current stem wall...change the name and the width.

Ok so your problem with the garage curb wall is that the 6" width starts at the exterior edge of the slab.  Take away the brick ledge and you are left with just a sliver of curb to support the framework.
