can someone recommend a tile (or other material) that comes closest to mimicking a bluestone patio (2' x 3 or 4' stones, running/offset pattern)?

oops! I just found Bluestone Panels under Buechel Stone corp, Library!!! That's pretty close to what I need!

good resource that can be used to mimic other manufacturers too , esp. the Hatch Patterns but for some reason they won't do a chief Library it seems  at least according to a post in the Substance Builder Thread.

You can create this pattern using "Grid, Offset" under Fill Style.  Here's a 12" x 24" running bond pattern:
