I’ve been using this program forever, but just started using it for the first time in a few years. Downloaded on my wife’s Mac laptop and the cameras are a mess. Colors and pixels everywhere and it’s unusable (see picture). Her laptop was in the approved models so I don’t believe it to be a system requirement issue. Thanks for the help!

Be sure that the laptop is using the dedicated video card with the latest video driver.   Otherwise post the hardware specifics so that others using the same can comment.  And it appears you are using X15 but let people know what rendering technique you are attempting to use and if any of the others work.

That looks like a video card/driver issue.  

 

I would start with this tech article:

If that doesn't help, then I would call support on Monday.

I agree it appears from past Posts here on the Forum that it is a Driver Issue though it maybe a Hardware Issue if the Laptop is older,

as Chief change the 3D Graphics Lighting Engine in X13/ HD2022 and many older computers have had Issues with it.
