Walls are invisible - only windows and lights showing in camera view

I've recently subscribed to 15 so I could open a file and work on it.  This v15 is not showing full camera correctly.  I've checked my video card - my mac is relatively new with two video cards and everything up to date, (its using the AMD for CA)

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

 

How can I get this to view properly.  I've gone through and checked default settings and everything but nothing works.

Posting a plan would help.

Not sure if I can help or not as I have not seen that situation before but if you save that camera and post the plan file someone else can see if it works with different hardware.

I did not find the saved camera view but it seems to be fine on my system and from the windows I think this is the approximate angle.

 

Not sure what to suggest unless you have another system to test on perhaps see if the other card might be able to generate a standard view for you.  I am not aware of any settings that could actually create that condition unless every plan material was set to be more transparent than glass.  Possibly a tech support case in the morning.

Hmm.  Well I didn't think I'd have to upgrade my video card with it being a pretty new mac - kinda impossible since they are soldered in.

Looks OK on my old mac.

Are you sure that you are using the AMD card?
