Tile And Grout

I am trying to take simple white subway tile and turn it into 12x24 vertical tiles in a grid pattern with the same grout profile.

 

See pic below...what adjustment am I missing?

You cannot resize the tile and retain the grout space it has in its "standard" size (smaller) image.  Find a 12x24 solid color tile.

Have you tried using the Substance Player to make your own tile?  Type "Substance Player" into the search bar to lead you to the article on what to down load and how to use it.  Surprisingly easy tool to use and you'll have control over the grout lines, among other things, when creating your own tile.

It's super powerful and it will allow you to create lots of different materials.  It will even generate the maps and patterns you need if you want to make sure it will look good in all views.
