BruceKC Posted June 6, 2022 Share Posted June 6, 2022 When we click outside our plans, we get the "shadow" around it which is the "exterior room. For some reason, last week, my program stopped doing that and instead there is only a very tiny pair of lines instead of the shadow. Support didn't know how to fix it and it's driving me crazy. Dermot Posted June 7, 2022 Share Posted June 7, 2022 I suspect that this has something to do with your preferences as Ryan has suggested. You can always verify this by using the Reset Preferences tool to restore your preferences to the OOB defaults. If that does not work, then you might want to contact tech support.
