DenisonDrywall
How do i make windows look like the first picture (.pdf)? Where it has frosted glass through the middle of it? (in real life the frosted glass is the sticky 'contact paper'). Second picture is my rendering. (screenshot) Thanks. 20220308145729.pdf

Draw a polyline solid (personally I would start in an elevation view), apply a glass material, size, shape, and position it in plan and elevation views. nikiley
Hey @DenisonDrywall I know this is an old post, but in the event someone needs this in the future... I created a window treatment to apply similarly to what @solver suggested. This was a 3D solid with a frosted glass texture applied. Then I converted that to a fixture symbol and applied them to the windows as blinds so it hugs the sash. It's not perfect, the film extends over the sash, but you could play around with creating one with a boarder of "Opening (no material)" the same size as the sash, and offset the film back to touch the glass. Here's the symbol that I created and used in the below image. Partial Frosted Window Treatment.calibz 2
jtcapa1
Very clever out of the box thinking Nikiley! I like it. Just another window treatment. Allows us designers to be more creative.
