Arcadian
Morning All from sunny New Zealand, I have an issue with text arrows disappearing from detail. Happens when detail is blocked then when exploded arrows disappear! Any thoughts? Am thinking a corrupted file somehow..

Chopsaw
Not so sure I have experienced that before but there is an unresolved issue of leader lines becoming disconnected on a rather random basis, so they could definitely be related. P.S. You can add your current version to your signature so it is always visible.
Dermot
Is the arrow actually part of the block? If you only selected the text and blocked it, then the arrow won't be added to the block. Is the arrow on a different layer? If you explode a block and any of the objects are using a layer that is turned off, then they will disappear. Any thing else is probably a "post the plan" type issue. Or, if all else fails, contact tech support.

robdyck
When blocking a cad detail for use in other plans, it can be a good idea to make sure that all items do not follow any layer settings. This way, when unblocking, there will be no unintended display changes if one plan has different layer properties than the original plan from which the cad block was formed. Another good practice when exploding a cad block is to open 'Object Properties' immediately after exploding and review the layer properties to make sure they are all displayed.
