Adjusting off angle walls

I am trying to move an off angle wall into an exact position as determined by two points.  One point is the end of an exterior wall, the other point is the end of a railing.

 

I am starting with the two exterior walls--the one with Point "B" and the off angle wall.  I can get those two into the proper position.  Then I am trying to rotate the wall while holding Point "B", but when I get the off angle wall close to point "A", Chief takes over and connects the railing and the wall where it wants to, not where I want it to.

So, how do I get this off angle wall precisely located to the points I have determined the wall should locate?  The file is attached.

Lane if you can figure out how to turn on End and Start (I forget) of your wall you can adjust the angle by locking either.

 

You can also add that angle to the allowed angles if that wall gets stubborn.

Also holding the control key will allow free movement of the wall.

2 ways that come to mind:

 

Option 1:

1. Place a Temporary Point at Point B
2. Draw a line from Point B to Point A
3. Switch to the Rotate/Resize about Current Point Edit Mode
4. Select your wall
5. Click the Make Parallel/Perpendicular tool
6. Choose the line you previously drew

Option 2:

1. Draw a line from Point B to Point A
2. Place an Angular Dimension between the line and your wall
3. Select your wall
4. Click on the Angular Dimension
5. Change the Dimension to zero

Walls usually snap nicely to CAD lines , change the Resize about option temporarily to inner or outer Surface and the follow the CAD line you've drawn.
