Can someone either point me to the answer in the manual...or tell me why my NOTES callout has two numbers.  See attached picture.  I'm sure it's something simple...but, I give up.

I seem to remember this being discussed recently, Steve, but I don't remember what thread. I know this isn't much of a help, but may jog someone's memory that does remember - getting older you know.:)

@SNestor

It usually means that note is in 2 schedules, however, I just ran into the same problem and I know for a fact, I only had one. I think there's a bug when more than one note schedule for different types of notes are being used.

In my case, I had used a note schedule for Exterior Materials, with only that type of note showing. Then, when adding some notes to my foundation plan, again using a dedicated note type, it gave me note #26 and #1. The project browser showed only 1 schedule so go figure. And I was definetly careful to ensure that only the correct type of note was included in the appropriate schedule.

I'm working on a new template...so, possibly I am sharing the same note schedule. I'll check that...thank you!

      I have spent hours trying to create note schedules for my layout. I cannot get rid of the 1st note schedule I created in my elevation. I have deleted everything and started over, opened new plans, tried to copy and paste, cad detail, etc. But it just isn't working! Every new note references other notes that are deleted, turn off, etc. And there are no videos to address this. They only show you how to do 1 note schedule. Thank you!

      Is there a way to add comments to a room schedule.  I would like to include "existing" or "proposed" to any given room.

      I often add keynotes to a wall detail but unfortunately, a note schedule doesn't display correctly in a wall detail. I assume it's because my wall detail is viewed from the exterior. Anyone notice this behavior?

      There must be a way to alter or control the vertical spacing of schedules. I've included the exterior elevation view of windows in my schedule, and there's a lot of wasted space between each row.
      Does anyone know if that can be adjusted?

      Is there any choice in numbering style for schedule numbers, specifically notes? The schedule numbers them 01, 02, 03... I'd prefer 1.    2.    3.  and so on. The default numbering system for notes looks odd IMO and so does including the 2d symbol in the actual schedule.
