4hotshoez
Here is a problem of a window that is stacked split at the ceiling. The space inside has a cathedral ceiling and the gable wall was auto generated. I will have a wall full of these on the other side of the house. What is the best way to solve this? ebdesign
Are the walls at default top & bottom? Select the gable wall & in the structure tab, select "balloon thru cl'g". Then you have one wall. The attic wall should disappear & you will be able to place your windows where you want.
DavidJPotter
What JIm said plus be sure and raise the ceiling height of that room or remove the ceiling on the "Structure Tab" of the "Room Specification Dialog". Otherwise Chief will tend to work as you have it set to "work" (it is just a dumb mechanical device which has to be led to results by you). DRAWZILLA
Also make sure your auto wall framing is on. You also might want to balloon frame that wall. If the 2 windows are connected, mull them together or you will see the header.
