WildcatFury
Is there a way to add a cabinet valance from the wall cabinet specification?
WildcatFury
Just a basic valance under a cabinet over a stove. The cabinet will house the vent hood.
WildcatFury
That is the basis of what I am looking for just trying to recreate the attached and thought there may be a way of doing this within the cabinet specification.

No , not from the Cabinet Specification DBX , but there are a few in the Library to use ( search Valance) , just drop them in plan and set height and position. Some of the cabinet manufacturer libraries have some too. M.

Make your own using solids, corbels and a molding poly line.

Sure there is-turn the valance you want into a cabinet door-(place in plan, convert to symbol, cabinet door) attached uses first one I grabbed, did a quick to show where you could place the flutes and the mantel-should get the idea from there. (Guys I've shown this before?) Hood_cabinet.plan
