Preferences are meant to save between sessions, but why don't Preferences...Edit...Behaviors...Rotate/Resize About Preferences...Edit...Behaviors...Rotate/Resize Edit Type Preferences...CAD...Options...Edit Object Parts save like all the other Preferences (I have not checked them all).
