dshall
Okay, in California, new Title:24 requirements are in effect as of July 1st of this year. My Title-24 person sent me the forms, (9 total) in PDF form. I imported the PDF into the plan. The printed PDF (300 DPI) of my plans (printed on my PC) is 32 MB in size. Impossible to email. The printed PDF (144 DPI) of my plans (printed on my PC) is 13 MB in size. possible to email. What are you guys doing to reduce the size of these pdf from the title-24 person? Are you guys printing your PDF's at 144 dpi and is this acceptable.... I have not seen it yet.
Joe_Carrick
Scott, Try printing them at 90 or even 60 dpi. They should still be quite acceptable.
DRAWZILLA
I'm surprised Chief hasn't fixed the pdf thing for Mac,s yet. I think they said it was a vendor problem and not theirs a while ago. You can re-scan them as "PNG" and that should work for you, or just have them send it as a PNG file to you. I am glad I'm not having that problem. It's nutty.
