Chiefrmdrafting
Hello All, In need of this kind of work. I have a house that I need a rendering so that I can post and showcase for sale. So that when people drive by they can witness what it will look like when its complete. Please contact me privately at rm@newhavens.net It is an autocad file unfortunately. Look forward to your response and turnaround time. Please see file attached. Thank you so much.. Edgemere St Plan (1).dwg
DavidJPotter
The shared .dwg does not show any of the floor plan or elevations of this intended home. Is this all you have to offer as help? DJP
Alaskan_Son
Hey David, It's all in there. You just need to use the appropriate methods to get to it. I took the liberty of printing it to a PDF. Rafael is a super nice guy and I would help him. I just don't have time right now. Edgemere St Plan (1).pdf
javatom
Is this really the roof design you want to go with?
basketballman
Looks like water problems just waiting to happen ...
Chiefrmdrafting
Theirs a pony wall and a cricket... Building department approved the permit so something must be right or they would have rejected it and redlined it...
johnny
Id like to suggest you go with a different plan - beyond the roof this layout is awful and doesn't make any sense unless the objective was to waste as much SF as possible. Respectfully.
Monterey21
There is an acceptable solution to such a roof. (If your question is still relevant.) Chief X10
