Inspiration
Hi there As a new user of Home Designer Pro (purchased July 2014) I thought things were going well until I realised I had forgotten to add the level change on site. Now my main house has been lifted 550mm but when I re roofed it the walls stopped reaching the roof and now the glass doors are coming through the roof. Apologies if this is a very simple mistake but I have cruised the videos and help faqs for a few days and getting really frustrated. Thanks for your time. lbuttery
Hi: you'll probably need to post the plan to get more than guessing also, the chieftalk forum is aimed at the Chief Premier products while HD PRO users can benefit from following the forum you'll also want to join the Hometalk forum and post your query there also generally the roof info is specified in the wall DBX settings roof will generally cut off the walls at the specified room height PRO and Chief Premier do have manual roof tools and the roof planes can be adjusted as needed once roofs are built they are independent of the walls unless you have "Auto re-build" set to on Lew
HumbleChief
Make sure your attic walls layer is turned on and are set to auto rebuild (Alt-Q). Check the height of your glass doors and sometimes if you pull the roof planes back, then re-locate they will re-cut any intrusions and sometimes even get your attic walls back. Also try hitting F12 to rebuild.
