GTdraftingdesign
Hi, What is the setting to start the framing on the outside edge of the foundation wall? Apparently, mine is set so that framing starts at 3/8" in.
DRAWZILLA
You probably have your wall definition set to align with the exterior finish, change it to the framing.
GTdraftingdesign
Ok, My walls were set up as pony walls for step foundation. Aligning pony walls to Main Layer Outside worked. Thank you.
Kbird1
is it not normal where you guys are to have the plywood/OSB flush to the foundation? we set a 1x2 into the concrete at top of Conc. line so the plywood can hang down over the bottom plate / concrete connection. Not sure where GTdraftingdesign is located (sure would be nice to know a real name), but he may be in an area like I am where almost all of the foundations are concrete block. We almost always flush the mudsill and framing to the outside of the block with the OSB just down over the top of the block.
