dshall
I wonder why I still can't efficiently build a mono slab adj. to stem walls. This is a mystery to me. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have been to UGM's before and brought this up. I will bring it up again with the engineers and maybe this time they will listen. It is so stupid that something so common and basic cannot be done without some trickery. You guys that build the mono slabs adjacent to raised wood floors know what I am talking about.

DRAWZILLA
They are very touchy, one small move can mess the whole thing up.

I for one realize Chief may not be able to consider every condition in their Dbx, but they could make it so much more simple to edit concrete walls. I now do it in wall definitions and add a pony wall as my stem..it creates less problems for me for floor elevations, or I had a thought that you could change the number of sill plates for a wall and paint them concrete
