ACADuser
Just want to run this problem by the group to see if there is a better way. I have a 3 story house completed!! The customer wants the house 12" wider, the first floor 8" taller and the center of the house to remain the same on the lot. The foundation must stay as-is and is on pile caps that are in place already. (Coastal Flood Zone) So the first floor 1 will change the default ceiling height plus 8", one problem solved. I will need to modify the stair. Foundation; move Elevator Pit & grade beams right 6" on right side Left side move grade beams left 6". Piles & Pile caps remain, adjust front entry pad. First to 3rd floor; turn "ALL Layers ON & unLocked" Use polyline Edit to move "All Visible" 6" Right & Left. Re build Roof Planes. Clean up as needed. Is that the preferred procedure? Joe_Carrick
I think that's what you get paid for when the client requests a change at this stage of the project. Edit Area might help for some of it but it might take a bit more than that.
ACADuser
Yes a big fat CHANGE ORDER is indicated. The house is through permitting already & site work has begun. Of course they want it yesterday too.

2wheeltodd
I think this where a stretch function would be invaluable. I can't believe more users don't lobby harder for such a function.
