J_Ward 0 Posted February 22, 2017 So I'm new to X9 and I really haven't looked into any of the new features, but I just found one that's kinda cool, 360-degree panoramas. I just tried my first one, but after uploading and looking using my computer I see it looks very blurry. Maybe it's my settings? I tried a simple one: 2048 x 1024 for 15 minutes. That got me 84 passes. The wonky image you get on your screen before the upload looks pretty crisp. But the 360 not so much. Here is the 360.

J_Ward 0 Posted February 22, 2017 I did another test with much better results. This time I rendered at 4096 x 2048 for 30 minutes. This gave me 42 passes. The results are much better than the first one. Here is the second 360. I'm going to do a few more messing with time and again larger resolutions and see what I get. J_Ward 0 Posted February 22, 2017 And here is another test. It's better yet. This time rendered at 8192 x 4096 for 30 minutes. This gave me 10 passes. The results are more clear than the last render. Especially when you zoom in. I'll do one more render. Same resolution but twice the time.
Electromen 51 Posted February 22, 2017 What's your resolution set to? 72? Try
Joe_Carrick 2326 Posted February 22, 2017 IAE, it's no surprise that a PANO would require a larger number of pixels. The field of vision is 360 degrees vs about 60 degrees for a normal camera view.
