capitaldesigns 3 Posted February 16, 2017 I am doing a small addition/remodel. We are enlarging the family room. One of the new walls of the addition will connect an existing 45 degree wall corner. When I connect the new wall to the existing 45 degree wall corner the existing walls disconnect from each other and looks like they trying to merge with the new wall. How do I keep the existing wall corner to remain attached to each other ? I have attached the plan so you can see what I am talking about. One more question. How do I wrap a beam with 1/2" gyp. bd. ? Thanks, Mike 2017-02-X9_Design_1.plan

solver 1567 Posted February 16, 2017 If you just want to hide the beam, use a soffit.

DRAWZILLA 778 Posted February 16, 2017 You can also use the "Edit Wall intersection " tool on the edit toolbar after you select a wall
