Canuck
I'm designing a two story home with one half the house being a single story with a mono roof system. The main kitchen area and sitting room is to have a vaulted cieling. When I vaulted it I had the exterior wall cladding from the two storie portion of the house drop into the interior space wall. See attached. How do I get rid of the exterior cladding on the interior space? I've not run into this issue before.
Solution DavidJPotter Posted September 30, 2016 Solution Share Posted September 30, 2016 Make that Attic wall a Pony wall so you can then have an interior wall inside and a siding wall facing outside. DJP

DRAWZILLA
Sometimes that solution doesn't work and you then need to use a pony wall
