Archnot-Boltz

I have been doing freelance and in-house residential design since 1993 (using Chief since 1997). I've worked intermittently in-house for various architects as an intern/ architectural associate since 1978 and have a residential construction background working as a carpenter for various custom home and remodeling contractors. I briefly ran my own design/build remodeling company from 2010-2011. Attended Va Tech School of Architecture from 1975-1979, '82-'83, '86-'87. Will finish that 5th yr thesis project after I retire, Ha'!

Currently working as project designer for a large roofing and remodeling company. I know a lot, have forgotten more and still have a lot to learn.
