I started a thread about the walkthrough path not extending about two weeks ago. Since then I gotten it to work. No matter what I did on the first one, it would not extend. I don't know what I was doing wrong. To look up in the Foyer, add a Keyframe and adjust the camera to 45º. Be sure to add Keyframes before and after that have the camera at the normal 0º

I just started a large project this morning and have six hours in it and have about six more hours to go. Should I open it in X7?

I don't see it at all. My SSA is up to date until 1/6/2016 Service Period: 1/7/2015 – 1/6/2016 NOW I SEE IT.

That worked to add curves thank you. Usually when I draw the path, I drag so far and stop, then drag again from the last camera and it adds camera 1&2 but then joins the first path and it becomes one. On the second floor, when I drag from the last camera, it stays camera 1&2 and does not join. It starts a new path.

Give me a few minutes and I'll try posing the plan.

I tried that and was able to make the line longer and move it into the mast. bedroom but it stays in a straight line. I'd like to curve it into the master bath.

I created a walkthrough path on the first floor and it extends up the stairs to the second floor. On the second floor, I can see the camera, but can't extend the path. All I get is a new camera 1 & 2. On the first floor it was fairly easy to connect and extend the walkthrough path. I created the path using; 3D > Create Walkthrough Path. Any suggestions?

Electrical power and lighting/switches on two different layers. All large commercial projects have drawings for each.

From the Reference manual: "Faster Ray Tracing Reduce the number of surfaces in the 3D model by turning off all layers not used in the scene to be ray traced. Make sure "Enable Depth of Field" is not checked.

Search the library for spot lights

I can now make and answer phone calls from my computer via the iPhone. There is a short delay in voice but not annoying. You must be on the same WiFi for it to work.

I didn't watch it. The only thing I noticed is that my speakers didn't work. I had to go into System Preferences > and change from Digital out to Line out.

I dated my Mac Pro and MacBook Air to the free OS upgrade Yosemite 10.10, I also updated my iPhone 5. The good news is, everything works very well. So far, there is no bad news. I use the Apple software - Numbers and Pages on the Macs and my iPhone. The update to iDrive went smoothly. iDrive is a free upgrade to iCloud. BootCamp and Windows7 also works well. Of course Chief Architect also works. I didn't find and update for Apple TV nor Apple Time Capsule. If you're going to update to Yosemite, allow time, probably an 30 min. to an hour and of course back up first. After Yosemite installs, check for more updates

What's a VRay Render and what software is needed?

I email drawings, invoices, scanned photos and many other files as .pdf Even the most inept computer users are able to open them.

I've built a wall on the deck and placed flush wall mounted lights one it. Use the mouse and move the light fixture from the wall to the rail post. Then delete the wall. The problem is trying to spin it 180º

Double click the sink to open the dialog box. Change the Floor to Bottom dimension to lower it. You may need to also slide it to the front of the cabinet
