Hello, @Krichmond, I believe you are running into this error because Intel based Mac computers are no longer supported (starting with X17). From our System Requirements page: "Macs containing standalone Intel graphics are not supported. See Known Incompatibilities & Supported Mac Models" If your Mac is not Intel based, please reach out to our Tech Support so we can look further into the issue. You can reach us at 208-292-3400.
