Without seeing your plan, It looks like you may have set the room definition as 'Garage' or 'Basement'.

I'd use a material region for both. You can then use the 'Define Material' tool (the rainbow one)to adjust the scale.

You can set the radius of a curved staircase in the 'Section Number' section of the DBX for the stairs. I see no reason why you couldn't do this in reverse by drawing a new staircase over the existing one if you have a PDF of the existing plan.

Take note of the search terms I used, you want a seamless texture to avoid a 'checkerboard' effect.

A work around that I got from Chief tech support awhile back - In your ceiling structure, add an air gap (Core Catalog / Materials / Insulation / Insulation Air Gap) equal to the difference in height you want.

Not sure if this is the same hardware you used but this is what I got using a stock pull:

Core Catalog / Architectural / Hardware/ Cabinet Hardware / Pulls / Integrated Pulls

Once you specify it, check on 'Vertical Position' or 'Horizontal Position', 'Distance from Top' or 'Distance from Edge' - enter 0" or whatever value meets your needs.

Click on 'Edit...' if you need to rotate it.

I have several tubs in my user library, what do you mean by 'side by side'?

Just do it as a railing. Specify the height in the 'Newels/Balusters' tab and in the 'Rail Style' tab, select 'Solid' and in the 'Wall Types' tab select a block wall.

Open the DBX for each wall, in the 'Structure' tab click on 'Default Wall Top Height' in the 'Default Wall Heights' section.

If I understand you correctly, you want to use a half wall which is just a solid railing. Either use the 'Half Wall' option from the 'Build Wall' tool or just make your existing wall a railing by checking 'Railing' in the 'General' section of the DBX for the wall and then in the 'Rail Style' tab, check 'Solid' in the 'Specify railing ' section.

This is what I get. You'll need to mess around with the height of the speaker to get it where you want it.

Draw a polyline circle and convert it to a hole in the ceiling and then place the speaker in the hole. You will first need to convert the speaker to a symbol and then make it an interior fixture which will allow you to specify the height of the speaker.

There are flush Ceiling Mount Speakers in the core library:

Interiors/Electronics/Home Entertainment/Speakers/Ceiling Mounted

The 'Pattern' tad allows you to select a pattern which is different from the pattern in your material. For example, if your material is a standard grid and you would like it as a herringbone, select that in the 'Pattern' tab and then click' 'Keep Pattern/Texture in Sync'.

Sounds like you need to offset the material a bit so you don't get a line in the middle of your tile. To correct this, use the 'Adjust Material Definition' tool (the rainbow tool). In the 'Texture'  tab, use the 'Offset and Angle' section to move the material on the X or Y axis (click on the 'help' button at the bottom for a more detailed explanation of how to do this. You can open an X11 file in X15, you just can't do it the other way around.

The lower toolbar should appear once you select an object.
