  1. I am not sure about Wisconsin but your distributor might be the guy in Colorado. I was in a pinch on a project to get rough finished and Small Planet Supply (Washington State) was not getting me the full order. I was able to get a few items from the corporate office in New Hampshire.

  2. @rlackoreNice, the larger Brinks unit is almost a carbon copy of the Zehnder in appearance. I did a quick check on the unit and it appears to be almost the same unit as the Zehnder. I have been using Zehnder but looking for alternatives to cut cost. This unit is about the same price. Have you seen any of these installed and in use?

  3. You can also save them into your library and then drop them in as you need to. I generally have all of my CAD details going to one page in my layout. I have a common group of CAD details on one .plan file arranged in groups to be sent as a page. This works well for me.

  4. Depending on the height of the parapet, on my last project my roofer ran the membrane roofing up the vertical section and then the only metal flashing was the cap on the wall. In my case it was a pretty short parapet but from an economics standpoint, this made good sense to me.

  5. Hello Bernie,

I am a seeking services voyeur but too busy to take on your project. I wanted to throw out an idea for you to consider on your plan. When the dishwasher door is open, it intersects with where you want to stand at the sink. Maybe you have had a design like this in the past that worked for you but it looks like it could be a problem area that could use some adjustment.

    Regards

    Alan

  6. This has been an ongoing issue for me to beg an electrician to fill out this form. If you find someone who is willing to do this as a consultant, please share that contact. I have a client right now who is an electrical contractor, I could barely get him to fill it out. I had to send him a paint by numbers form from one of the local jurisdictions. See attached.

By the way, using this form on a sub 1000 s.f. house, I still needed a 200A service. The house has only about 550 s.f. of living area and a small basement/laundry room.
