Keeping in mind that they no longer require an outlet at all which is a BIG deal for post-tension and/or radiant floor remodels
I am not reading it that way. This is not an either/or. It is a yes but choose 1,2 or 3 and 3 still needs a power line run for future.

NEC code 2023 calls for island outlet changes. No more outlets below the countertop level!

This would be better sent in to tech support than noted as a suggestion.

If the slider does not give you the view you are after, you can temporarily throw the walls to hide on a different layer. You may need to select the windows and other items in that wall and do the same

This does not look like a good candidate for a floating dormer. I would build that with walls and roof planes.

For a site plan? 3d? If for 3d, search this site for "plumbing riser diagram"

What is a "patio header"? Is that a regional term?

Carmel by the Sea counts the building area to the outside of the siding. I believe Monterey County does as well.

Is it still required to have a 20 min. door with self closing hardware on an attached garage to house door? I heard that this was removed from the CRC.

In regards to your sill plate gap, both side are critical nailing locations so I would rip a 2x10 to fit. Also, on the side where the hangers touch the P.T., I would put a strip of peel and stick Bituthane or Zip tape to isolate the metal from the P.T.. Even though you can get Zmax hangers, if you ask the engineers at Simpson (and they are being honest) they will tell you that nothing except stainless steel will survive P.T..

Thanks for that input @Bob-Roraback
Does the vapor barrier issue still apply with a conditioned crawlspace?
There is a thread in the Chatroom currently regarding details and who will read them. I am hopeful to see a paradigm shift that construction documents become a true instruction set for the builders. I don't want to hijack this thread but the other thread in the Chatroom will hopefully get traction to open this discussion.

Looks good. I have a few questions regarding the placement of:
1. the sill sealer sheet at the wall to joists. Why do you have that there? The batt insulation should make that connection and this is not an air barrier type of set up for that system.
2. The sill sealer below the sill plate is not standard where I have built. I would normally put that at the P.T. sill plate to concrete wall connection. Below the wall sill plate, I have been using acoustic sealant to maintain a tight air barrier.
3. I am not familiar with putting a drain pipe on the inside of the foundation walls. Is this a frost heave prevention detail?

Drop the DPI to 144 and see if you get the same result?

I did use that print model feature once when making a chipboard model. The guy in the office next to me just got a small laser cutter for making wood models and now I really miss having that feature.

Best profile name ever.

Also, on Michaels last image, change the "Locate" to "Surfaces". That will give you what you want for as built conditions.

I have hot keys for standard dimensioning and for interior dimensioning. I would recommend setting up a hot key for interior dimensions (and just about everything else you use constantly).

I think the intention is to seek more top surface/pop up outlets to be installed instead of the outlets on the end of the peninsula or island. But, the way this is written is setting up a lack of island and peninsula outlets. I can agree that the face of the cabinet end or face of the cabinet (like in a pilaster type design placement) is not ideal for where the cord becomes an obstacle is not ideal but eliminating them is certainly creating a situation where we might see an extension cord run to power up a mixer or some other small appliance.
