  1. lower the hight by 6 or 12 inches

  4. i can't open you r plan, a pdf may help, have you tried turning off walls attic layer or moving attic walls on the attic level, or build a new floor level to #1 also copy and paste roof opening for 3 rd dormer
  5. Explode the 2 dormers copy and paste 3rd in the middle
  6. This will help to make your floors and ceilings the same ht
