I am looking for a interior designer to help with recommending on the look of rendered images and panorama to give the a polished look as i can render the images but have no skills color and material wise it would be good to find someone who is learning chief and maybe i could provide help with the designers models chief wise on there end as i am very capable at 3D models in chief, for a swap with there design services on my end to begin with

I still can not load chief talk on my note 5 Samsung andriod

I got your roof working i had go to edit menu choose reset defaults select all all floor after the the is working it might mess with some of your settings just fix and you should be good

Its not possible to run Chief X8 on ios operating system

just looking at picture it looks like the roof plain is cutting off the wall but when i open the file the roofs are set to auto build so the problem get fixed

For grass in the past I have taken a photo of a oval or other big area of grassed land and photo shop it in to the area but you should be able to place it in Chiefs texture slot and play with the texture sizing and see if it works , there are also image on the net that can be used I have not tried this in chief so are not 100 % sure it will work but worth a try

I must say for some one learning this a pretty complicated roof if you don't quiet understand how chief behaves you will be running around in circles I would suggest watching training videos on roofs if you have SSA or maybe get one of the chief expert here do a screen share and get then to guide you through it as I think once you are shown you would find it easy next time

Another possibility is if PDFs has been printed from Cad it can be converted back to Cad as a last resort

I wonder if you could make terrain in other program like sketch up or other then import as a symbol, that's if interior can import

Street gutter are also lacking control joints

Try turning grid snaps off maybe that will help
