Some text in a window tab can't be changed (like project name and view type). You can change the camera name in the camera dbx and that change will be mirrored in the windows tab. If all you want to do is hilight the active tab, you can do that in the color settings in Preferences.

The reason you can't find an insulation fill is that it doesn't comply with a hatch patterns definition. A normal hatch (fill) pattern definition repeats in both x and y directions, whereas the insulation hatch only repeats in one direction (along it's length). This is a stretched Cad Block to illustrate, not a hatch pattern: It could be used in simple cases where you need a rectangular fill, but can't be used in cases like a fill pattern for a wall layer, or to fill odd shapes, etc.

Trusses should be easily fabricated on site with the correct hardware (nail plates, bolts, etc), timber, etc., designed by an engineer.

My first guess is to toggle on Ray Casted Sun Shadows.

Can you post a screenshot of the camera dbx>General panel.

I have some 3D text in X12>Chief Architect Bonus Catalogs>3D Lettering. I can probably send them to you if you are stuck.

Thanks Rene. Much appreciated!

I am trying to create a tile-able texture from this .png file and I am not having much luck. The thing is, I need for X13. Can any one give me some pointers, or , if it is not too difficult I would be grateful if someone could do it for me.

How to add item "Over-the-Door Hook" to back of a standard door
glennw replied to PJS-59's topic in Symbols and Content
You could try and attach it to the door as Hardware like a Handle or a Lock. -
Just a heads up... You will probably have to bevel the top sloping inside edge of the door to stop it from binding as it swings. The bevel will have to taper down from the above point to the outside of the door. .......a bit hard to explain, but think about it.

No. I think it better to raise the terrain. Have you drawn your houses on the same level? I assume that you have drawn them on different levels. Open the Terrain Specification dbx and go to General page. Check Auto Build Terrain. Uncheck Automatic. Look this up in the help file and then have a play with entering different values (including negative values) for Subfloor Height Above Terrain.

I suspect that your text dbx has reduced in width. Try grabbing the right hand edge of the box and drag it to the right.
-
Look right along the title bar of the dbx and you will see a percentage box. Scroll it or enter a percentage.

It sounds like you need a 2 point perspective instead of a 3 point perspective. Change you camera Tilt Angle to zero. 3 point perspective: 2 point perspective:

It works for me although I haven't done any in-depth trial and error testing. It does seem a bit squirrelly though.
