tommy1 Posted May 8, 2014 Share Posted May 8, 2014 When I try to use the X5 downloader, it starts but when I click "Next" to start the download, I get this error: "The server returned an error response: 403 = Forbidden" Has anyone seen this? I tried turning off the Firewall and running as Administrator at separate times. No help. Oh, I also deactivated it on my other laptop first. lbuttery Posted May 8, 2014 Share Posted May 8, 2014 Tommy: if you already downloaded X6 from the Digital Locker then X5 will no longer be available I always save the actual downloads to my HD, not just the downloader executable to get X5 now you will need to contact CA's customer service but they will probably require that you buy the DVD Lew Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
