How to create this tray ceiling with the inverted rounded corners

Have have been able to create traditional tray ceilings, coffered ceilings and drop ceilings, but cannot seem to figure out how to create the soft

look of the inverted round corners like those in the posted picture.  Any help greatly appreciated!
