Room Heights

I am working on a plan that a previous design intern started and for the life of me I can figure out the issue with the room heights. The kitchen is a default 9'. I am stack cabinets in the kitchen and have a 90" tall cabinet with a 15" wall cabinet sitting on top of it. (105") I have the crown offset 3" past the top of the cabinet as I have done for years. With the additional 3" of height I should be at 108" and the crown hitting the ceiling but it's coming up short by 7/8".  As a test i placed a soffit on the slab in the middle of the room that was 108" tall and it does hit the ceiling.  None of the cabinet s are set to use the finished floor as we install our cabinets being flooring goes in.  I've uploaded some screen shots and the plan to see if anyone sees the issue.  Ive never had this happen before and the plan template is the same one if have been using for years moving from X-2 to now.

Thanks

Rob

Looks like it is 108" clear to me.  109 1/8" rough, less 1/2" ceiling, less 5/8" floor finish.

Your DB link is done this way.  Going to your ONLINE dropbox, right clicking the file, should give you the "copy public link" option.  Do that, and paste the public link to your post here.

In a cross section view, use the tape measure or end to end dimensioning to find your shortfall.  It may be due to your wallcab spec or your offset or your crown height or anything, but whatever, it is just a number.
