Truss ends stop wall finish from reaching ceiling

I've drawn this plan with a central bay roofed with trusses that bear on their 2x12 top chords.  The program does not cut a seat cut on the truss ends.  Something makes the walls on the outboard side of the truss bearing walls lose their drywall finish near the ceiling, and I think it relates to the uncut truss ends.
