I have completed the design and layout work for my house. I'm looking for someone to finish the construction drawings, do all of the electrical layout, and get it ready for permit. I have an engineer to double-sign and stamp and I will do the engineering load calcs. Just need everything else.

Hi,

We can help you complete your construction drawings in Chief Architect, including electrical layouts and permit-ready drawing sets for your Florida home.

We have extensive experience with U.S. residential drafting and can coordinate with your engineer for the required review and stamping.

Please share your existing plans so we can review the scope and provide a quote.

Best regards,

My advice is to hire somebody from Florida. And if you're close to the ocean, there's all kinds of requirements. So if any of these people that are responding are not from Florida, I would put them on tier two until you've spoken with some people that actually are licensed to get you plans for a permit in Florida.
