New x18 Hotkey to Add/Prevent Locates?

I saw this mentioned in the what's new video and it looked fantastically helpful. But as far as I can tell, they didn't give the name for the hotkey, and I can't find it in my menu. Is anyone using it, and if so, what's it called/where do I find it?

I think you use the "s" key to skip dimension marks and you use the "shift" key to add them.  I couldn't find the documentation on this and I can't remember where I learned this.  Seems to be pretty well hidden though.

You can see how the dimension 'skip' using the letter 'S' and 'add' using the 'shift' key work in the Design Building Features What's New video beginning around the 0:30 mark.
