When going to install x18 it is all errors and the paths are not finding any of the database files for 16 to transfer into 18. No toolbars, hotkeys, anything. This is what my folder paths look like. Same errors on X18. I tried customizing the path to match x16 path to /users and then not doing that and letting the program decide. Both the same result. They'll likely want you to export your logs - there is a migration log that may give us more information on the migration failure. Thanks for mentioning this and helping us to root out the problem. Gawdzira Posted 14 hours ago Author Share Posted 14 hours ago I did start a support ticket. I am hoping the issue is that I am not able to log into One drive. I have some issue with it not accepting my email address and then telling me I already have a Microsoft account with the email address when I try to create a new log in.
