Creating a Deck skirt and deck band board trim

How can I create a Deck rim joist trim board and add a Skirt down to grade as shown in this photo. I posted a topic previously about trimming out an interior stair opening and received great advice for that issue...

but it doesn't seem to work the same way for deck railing wall types.

Add them manually using the general framing tool.

One method is to use a molding polyline:

No. In the framing tools there is a tool to create just general framing members. I use it all the time to create 3/4" deck fascia boards.

I do also in order to control all the odd things, bumps, jogs, posts, gates etc., not to mention grade.

Although I suspect Rene's 'Pro-Template' can do it all in one swoop, along with proper reporting to schedules and might even make you a cup of coffee too!
